Amanda Eilian

Amanda Eilian is the Co-Founder and President of Videolicious, a mobile video creation enterprise platform used by Fortune 500 companies, 1 out of 4 US journalists, over half of all US real estate agents, and over 4 million people around the world. Videolicious is also taught at over 90 journalism schools and is the leading enterprise solution for high quality time-sensitive sales, training and marketing videos.  Prior to forming Videolicious, Amanda was a founding partner of Capitol Acquisition Corporation, a special purpose acquisition vehicle (SPAC) that completed a $265 million initial public offering in 2007 and closed a merger in 2009 that led to the formation of Two Harbors Investment Corp., a $3 billion NYSE listed REIT (TWO) and Silver Bay Realty Trust (SBY).  Amanda previously worked in private equity and mergers and acquisitions at Merrill Lynch.  Amanda is a Truman Scholar and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University with Honors in Economics, and received her MBA from Harvard Business School where she was a Baker Scholar.  Amanda serves on the Board of Directors at Juice Beauty, the largest organic skincare brand in North America.  Amanda is an investor and advisor to companies in the healthy living and lifestyle space, including Goop and OneFineStay.
